What is the DVA Community Nursing Program?
The Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) Community Nursing Program provides eligible veterans, war widows and widowers with access to professional nursing care in the comfort of their own home. Premium Care Services is an approved DVA provider, delivering clinical and personal care services that support veterans to live independently and with dignity.
Who is Eligible?
The DVA Community Nursing Program is available to eligible veterans and their dependants who hold a DVA Gold Card or White Card (for accepted conditions). No referral is required veterans can contact us directly to arrange an assessment.
